Sandra Clark brings more than twenty-five years of experience supporting the maritime industry and government sector. Her shipboard experience includes commercial and government ships with ship handling experience on passenger ships and Harbor Tugs for the Norfolk Naval Base. She has experience with USCG and INSURV vessel inspections, passenger and crew safety, crew training, vessel and facility security plan development, and emergency response and evacuation procedures.
She currently serves as TMMG’s Vice President for MSC’s Engineering support services. In this role, she coordinates shipboard material readiness and safety management support. Her background and customer-first design thinking approach provide adaptive, personalized solutions to complex client challenges.
Sandra earned her MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. She is also a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy with a BS in Marine Transportation and sailed on her Master’s license.
