CHARITABLE GIVING:
The McHenry Management Group has selected "Operation Homefront" as our corporate sponsored charity. Operation Homefront supports the troops and the families they leave behind. Mike and Anne have selected this worthy charity because of their dedicated commitment to assist the families of active duty service men and women. Since 2008, The McHenry Management group has donated more than $30,000 to Operation Homefront. WELLNESS PROGRAM:TMMG cares about the well being of our employees and their families. A Health and Wellness program to promote better living throughout our TMMG family is available to all employees and their immediate family members. The program includes a Healthy Living Promotion as well as a Stop Smoking Campaign to encourage all participants to take a proactive role in their health and well being. The Healthy Living Promotion often involves weight loss challenges, monthly get off the couch challenges to promote being active, and reimbursements for employee entrance fees associated walk, run, ride style events. TMMG SCHOLARSHIP FUND:Mike and Anne McHenry believe in investing in the future and have established a Scholarship fund to support the college aged children of TMMG Employees. Selected Scholarship recipients successfully demonstrate their understanding of an essay topic selected each year by Mike and Anne. To date, TMMG has awarded over $100,000 in Scholarships to the "Future leaders of our Country."
