- Amtrak: The McHenry Management Group holds a prime contract to assist Amtrak in solving complex maintenance related engineering challenges. TMMG’s highly skilled engineers are aiding Amtrak in implementing an overarching maintenance philosophy, based on Condition Based Maintenance, by providing Reliability Centered Maintenance training, processes, applications and strategies to facilitate improvement of Amtrak’s overall maintenance program. Improvements, as evidenced by increased fleet availability and reliability, have been realized after the first year of TMMG support.
- United States Coast Guard: The McHenry Management Group provides maintenance engineering, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Condition Based Maintenance consulting and services to the US Coast Guard. Our specialized maintenance and reliability engineers support the Maintenance Branch at the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) in Baltimore, Maryland. Services include strategy development, policy advice and program execution in all areas of CBM, RCM and maintenance procedure development and transformation. In addition, TMMG is supporting the USCG’s Ship Structure and Machinery Evaluation Board (SSMEB) to help identify remaining service life of their surface ship assets. TMMG has also been task to assist the USCG with enhancing and developing their maintenance program websites.
- United States Navy: TMMG provides support services for PEO SHIPS DDG 51 Class Program Hull Support Manager (HSM) managing and facilitating the entire spectrum of support of the Government Post Delivery Manager (PDM). We provide client support at NAVSEA’s Washington Navy Yard facility during the industrial availability-planning phase as well as on-site support at the executing yard. TMMG Availability Hull Coordinators provide direct support to the government Availability Hull Manager. The Hull Coordinator is responsible for reporting and accounting of all availability engineering work efforts to PEO SHIPS and PMS 400FR. In addition, TMMG provides programmatic support to NAVSEA Headquarters as well as maintenance process support for Navy waterfront operations
