Benefits

The McHenry Management Group offers a comprehensive benefit package to all full-time employees. These benefits include:

MEDICAL INSURANCE:  Provided by Anthem Blue Cross with a PPO available nationally and internationally and an HMO plan is available to Virginia residents only. All medical plans include prescription drug coverage including a cost savings mail-order program for maintenance drugs.

DENTAL INSURANCE:  Provided by United Concordia with a maximum annual benefit of $1500.00.

VISION INSURANCE:  EyeMed provides comprehensive vision care plan covering member’s quality vision care and prescription eyewear.

DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP:  The McHenry Management Group will now offer Domestic Partnership (DP) benefit coverage. For TMMG purposes from this point forward, “Domestic Partners” is defined as a couple who are not legally married but are in a committed relationship who have lived together for at least one year, and share a mutual obligation of support for the basic necessities of life. You will need to read, review, and complete the Domestic Partnership Affidavit and submit it to the Human Resource Department to determine if you qualify.

The benefits currently available to your domestic partner include: Anthem HMO/PPO, United Concordia Dental, EyeMed Vision, UNUM Optional Life Insurance Coverage and Legal Resources. Please contact the HR Director for further information.

RETIREMENT:  Our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Principal is available and TMMG’s match is 30% of the first $5,000 to a maximum of $1,500 annually.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING PLAN:  Section 125 qualified Flex Plan in which an employee may elect to set aside direct tax-free dollars based on what they anticipate their (and their family’s) out of pocket medical expenses will be for the year to any of the following areas:
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: TMMG offers tuition reimbursement of up to $5000 per year for qualifying employees.

TERM LIFE & AD&D INSURANCE:  Basic Term Life and AD&D coverage is a Company paid benefit provided to full-time employees. Voluntary Post Tax Term Life and AD&D Coverage are available to all full-time employees who would like to purchase additional coverage for themselves, a spouse, and/or dependent children.

SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY:  Available as a Company paid benefit that protects employees from loss of income during periods of hospitalization or physician-certified disability.

TRAVEL ACCIDENT:  Travel Accident Insurance is a Company paid benefit in the event that the employee dies accidentally while on business travel.

In addition to the benefits listed above TMMG also offers: Pre-Paid Legal Services, Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), Paid Annual Leave, 10 Paid Holidays, and various other benefits as defined by our Corporate Policies and Procedures.
